Frequently asked questions

What delivery leaders and enterprise buyers usually want to know before they try StakeSync AI.

Does StakeSync AI replace Jira or Azure DevOps?
No. Jira and Azure DevOps help teams manage work. StakeSync AI sits above those systems and helps leaders understand the work - delivery health, risks, forecasts, decisions and outcomes. Your teams keep working where they already work.
What delivery information can I bring in?
Exports and connected delivery information from Jira and Azure DevOps, plus the CSV and spreadsheet exports you already maintain covering epics, sprints, defects, milestones, releases and RAID data.
How is my delivery data used?
It is used to produce the delivery intelligence, insights, reports and decision support you see inside your workspace. You choose what to upload or connect, and the platform works from that information.
Is the AI output explainable?
Important insights follow an Insight, Evidence, Confidence, Reason and Recommended Action chain, so you can trace a recommendation back to the delivery data behind it. AI output supports a decision - it does not make the decision for you.
What is the Delivery Truth Score?
An independent view of how trustworthy the current reporting picture is, based on data completeness, freshness, consistency, evidence availability and source quality.
How quickly can we see value?
Bring in a delivery export and the platform produces a readable delivery position, risks and an executive briefing from it. There is no lengthy configuration project before the first insight.
Who is StakeSync AI built for?
Executives, Program Managers, Delivery Managers, PMO teams and delivery leaders - the people who have to form a position on delivery and act on it.
Do we need to change how our teams work?
No. StakeSync AI is an intelligence and decision layer around the delivery data you already produce. Nothing changes in your delivery tooling or team process.
